Scott discovered at an early age that he had a propensity for numbers and is a second-generation accountant.  Scott attended the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1999, a Masters of Professional Accounting degree in 2000, and then acquired his Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation in 2002.  It was at this time he began his career in Central Alberta.

Over the past 20+ years Scott has developed a diverse accounting practice, having performed services ranging from large assurance engagements to small engagements for owner-managed enterprises. He has helped both for-profit and non-profit organizations succeed.  Small and medium-sized owner-operated businesses are his preference, as these allow for more contact with owners and the opportunity to really make a difference for his clients. He takes pride in working side-by-side with his clients and watching them benefit from quality professional accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Scott is a high-energy, friendly individual whose interests include: hockey, wing chun kung fu, and developing his newly discovered green thumb.  Scott and his wife have recently moved to the country where they enjoy tending to their large acreage and garden.
